At Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd, our FIBC production facility in Bangladesh, we invested in a brand new Recycling Machine.  We choose the best machine available, produced by Starlinger, Austria. This machine will help us to give our production waste a second life. All the recycled material will be sold externally. The Recostar machine will be commissioned in the summer of 2017. Together with re-construction of the factory building, involving an investment of just under €0.8 million.

Strategic Investments

At LC Packaging, we reinvest our profit in the company. For example, in our IT infrastructure, our offices, warehouses and production locations, process improvement and innovative packaging solutions. In 2015, we opened two new offices to better service our Nordic customers and the West African market, and to expand our knowledge and product portfolio, in 2015 we also acquired two prominent packaging brands: Apaches and Geerings Horticulture Products.

At LC Packaging, we reinvest our profit back into the company, resulting in over 90 years of ongoing growth and development. We invest in, for example, our IT infrastructure, our offices, warehouses and production locations, process improvement and, of course, in

innovative packaging solutions. The offices we opened in 2015, LC Packaging Nordics and LC Packaging West Africa, had their first full year in 2016 and both were successful.  In Ivory Coast we grew from a 1 to a 6 staff operation. In Sweden we doubled our staff.
