Our commitment to quality drives our business success, and is closely monitored by our in-house International Quality Department. In 2023, this department conducted 18 audits with success, of which all of them took place on-site. They conducted 9 certifications for 19 locations and 14 of our existing licenses got recertified. Additionally, 325 quality issues have been investigated and resolved.
