South African team moves to new office
The lease of the old office of our South African team was coming to an end. So it was time to explore other options. And with success. They recently settled into their new office space! From functional workstations to inviting breakout areas and a well-equipped kitchen, it meets all the team's needs. With backup power to combat local power disruptions and a scenic view from the fifth floor, it's an ideal workspace, giving them a new office fit for the future!
New location USA
Martin Luther King, who was born in Atlanta, once said: “I have a dream”. And we definitely shared this vision when it came to our first office in the United States of America.
After extensive preparation, which started in 2021, this ambition became reality when we officially opened our Atlanta office in April 2023. A significant milestone!

That means these aren’t just numbers: they represent our global presence, underlining our strength of being ‘always near’ to our customers, as well as well as pointing out our long-term vision.
15 is the number of countries where we have offices, warehouses and production locations. 22 is the current number of LC offices.
Buying second half in Sint-Truiden, Belgium
In July, we finalised the acquisition of our warehouse in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, expanding from the 7000 m2 currently being rented to encompass an additional 7000 m2. The purchase of the building -including the rented portion- from its former owner Belgische Fruitveiling (BFV - a prominent fruit and vegetable auctioneer in Belgium), was initially unforeseen. And now, as owner of the building, investments in a more sustainable building were executed.

LC Packaging acquires a minority share of Bluepack, Denmark
We joined forces with Bluepack, a Danish FIBC specialist. Bluepack brings a strong presence and many connections in Denmark and Sweden, complementing our global market presence. This agreement is another important step towards
long-term partnerships and shorter lead times in and around Scandinavia.
According to the agreement, we have the first option to acquire the remainder of the Bluepack shares at a later date.
