LC Packaging UK becomes a Living Wage Employer
LC Packaging UK has received an accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation’s voluntary programme, becoming an official Living Wage Employer. The scheme determines a minimum rate of pay based on the cost of living and sets a benchmark for employers who want to ensure their employees are paid a fair wage. An important part of our people strategy, as we strongly view people as our greatest asset.
B-BBEE codes stimulating inclusion
LC Packaging South Africa has officially adopted the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) codes this year. The B-BBEE codes were introduced by the South African Government and aim to address inequalities suffered by black South African citizens because of the apartheid regime in the 20th century and correct them by promoting meaningful economic participation of Black South African citizens.
Talent development for the future
We believe that everyone has a talent, ability, or skill that they can mine to support themselves and to succeed in life. That is why we kicked off Young LC this year: a program that offers young talent the opportunity to broaden their horizon and work on projects that they find important, while getting to know their international colleagues better along the way.

Flow Survey Results
We are convinced that enthusiasm has a positive effect on our people and our business. So, we take enthusiasm seriously. That is why we send out our Flow survey twice a year to measure our colleagues’ level of enthusiasm. The surveys are followed up with team sessions in which colleagues get together to share their thoughts and ideas on how we can create the best working environment possible, together. We are excited to share our most recent outcomes.
