One of our trusted production partners has already invested in an 8 colour rotogravure machine to create 10, 15 or 20 cm labels

LC Ireland contributed to a high-quality, innovative, and environmentally sound solution for waste management with rPP FIBCs (Big Bags). The rPP Big Bags, manufactured by our own manufacturing site (Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd.), are made from Post Industrial Recycling material and are a perfect fit for the EASi, a patented waste compactor system. With the EASi system, the only thing that needs to be transported are the big bags with compacted waste, reducing carbon footprint by 93% compared to regular bin collection.

Reducing plastic use on bagged malt pallets
At LC Packaging we do our best to contribute to a world without waste. We do so in many ways, among which is designing our packaging in such a way as to eliminate packaging waste and other negative environmental and social impacts related to our packaging. Together with one of our customers, we have managed to reduce the customer’s plastic use on bagged malt pallets by 45% this year. In total, our customer reduced its plastic use from 68 tonnes per year to 36 tonnes per year.
