In the end, 2020 turned out to be a solid financial year for the LC Packaging Group, very similar to 2019, enabling us to keep our investments to the level we planned and budgeted for. Investments in new colleagues, in expanding production, in new warehouses and offices, in new IT solutions and foremost in more sustainable packaging solutions. As our horizon is infinite, we are happy to do so and feel it as our obligation to take care for the next generation.

Dear Stakeholder,

2020 has been a year on which we will still look back a long time from now. Like for so many of us, Covid-19 changed everything; the way we work, the way we live our lives and how we look after each other. Aspects of our life and business which used to be certain became uncertain and it feels uncertainty became the new standard. In the midst of this unprecedented storm, LC Packaging tried to cope in the best way possible and we are glad to say; so we did. All LC offices could keep their doors open and almost all production locations were able to continue production. At the same time, we felt the loyalty and commitment from our clients. We sincerely thank you all for your continues support and trust.

A highlight in 2020 was the EcoVadis Platinum CSR rating, placing us at the top 1% of EcoVadis rated companies. A recognition of all our sustainability efforts so far, but so much more a reward on how we have run the company for 98 years now. Another highlight was the opening of our brand new Breeam Oustanding Certified head office in the Netherlands, where LC Packaging International, LC Packaging
